Hire conditions

Hire Period
1-3 days. The hirer is responsible for the goods during the period of hire. Hire period includes from pick up/delivery to collection/return of all items. A late return penalty fee of 10% will be charged for the first day, and then 30% per day until the goods are returned after the agreed hire dates. If hire items are not returned in time and this results in the items being un available for another booking, the penalty will be the full hire cost of the items.These costs will be taken from the hire bond and/or from the customer.

All hire items remain the property of Alpine Flowers.

Delivery & Collection
Collection of hire goods is Albert Town Wanaka. If delivery is needed then please ask for a price quote as this will vary depending on the distance traveled. Un-arranged collection of hire items due to non return will result in a return travel charge of $1 per km. This cost will be deducted from the bond. All items will be checked to make sure all goods are returned and are in good condition.

25% deposit on total hire costs plus $100 bond to secure the booking, balance to be paid 14 days (two weeks) prior to collection/delivery date. Bookings under $150  full payment at time of booking.
Payment by bank deposit or cash: Payments from an overseas bank account - please ensure you pay the extra fee for international bank transfers. If this is not paid, any fees having to be paid by Alpine Flowers will be taken from the bond.
 All goods are thoroughly checked before delivery/pickup and then on return. In the event of any damage please make contact immediately (Jane: 0272842481), we will do our best to replace the item as soon as possible. Any damaged or broken items will be charged at the cost to replace. Please return your goods in same condition as you found them (clean) with all the packaging.

$100 bond/damage deposit. The bond is refunded when all hire items have been returned and checked for damage. You are responsible for all items while they are in your possession. This includes damage, breakage & loss. Damages/loss will be deducted from the bond. If damage / loss greater than the bond, the hirer will pay the balance.

 Cancellation Policy
Please advise us of all cancellations as soon as possible.
Before 21 Days of agreed hire date: no charge.
Less than 21 Days from agreed hire date: Paid deposit (25%) will not be refunded, $100 bond is refunded.
Cancellation fees will be taken from the hire and/or bond. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded by dank deposit or cash.
Refunds of bonds into international bank accounts will require a bank fee, this fee will be taken from the bond - we are happy to provide a cash refund.
